Next time you're buying a book for yourself, why not buy a book to help rebuild the collection at the New Orleans Public Library?

A group of Princeton University students working with Powell's Books are rebuilding New Orleans's libraries, all 13 of which were damaged by Hurricane Katrina. Eight branch libraries are beyond repair, their entire collections ruined. You can pledge a book to help rebuild the city’s libraries by going to Powell's at http://www.powells.com/katrina/

Pass this on to all your book loving friends.
